Operations & Maintenance management consultant responsible for the coordinating and planning of maintenance contractors, maintenance works, shut downs and upgrades.

Baku Central Park Management

Full Operations and Maintenance Management for the Baku Central Park completed works. Appointment of security, cleaning, catering, and service contractors required to keep the city center development working and in good repair.

Baku City Underground Car Parking

Working with the Baku Government authorities to survey all below ground parking facilities and check them for operational worthiness in terms of condition, operation, standard compliance and maintenance. This includes all civil works, finishing works, Vertical Transportation, Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Life Safety systems.
