We are excited to present our innovative design for a new boutique hotel located in the vibrant cultural capital of Azerbaijan, Shusha. This elegantly crafted hotel will be strategically constructed in a prime location, offering breathtaking panoramic views that capture the essence of the stunning landscape surrounding it. Nestled just off the bustling new main high street, the hotel aims to provide an oasis of luxury and comfort for visitors seeking to immerse themselves in the rich cultural heritage of the region.
Our hotel is an integral part of the ambitious Chapman Taylor masterplan for the revitalisation and redevelopment of Shusha, a city that has faced significant challenges and fragmentation due to illegal occupation and the devastating effects of war. This project not only represents a commitment to architectural excellence and hospitality but also marks a pivotal step toward healing and rebuilding the community.
The developers are diligently working towards the completion of this remarkable project, with an expected finish date set for October 2025. The hotel will serve as a symbol of resilience and hope, welcoming guests from around the world and inviting them to experience the unique beauty and cultural richness of Azerbaijan.

Introducing an innovative concept design for a 3-star hotel complemented by a lavish 5-star spa, strategically positioned within a convenient 15-minute drive from Baku International Airport, nestled on the picturesque north side of the Absheron Peninsula. This thoughtfully designed seaside hotel is intended to be a paradise for relaxation, offering an extensive range of amenities typical of a high-end resort. Its design incorporates elements that cater not only to leisure travellers but also to business professionals, featuring state-of-the-art conferencing facilities equipped with the latest technology to ensure seamless business operations and successful meetings.
In addition to the main hotel, the project envisions a collection of opulent villas designed for both long-term and short-term lettings, providing guests with the ultimate in privacy and comfort. These luxury villas will be tailored to meet the diverse needs of visitors, whether they are seeking a restful getaway or a productive business retreat.
