Project Highlights

Developed as part of a design competition for high-density housing in Karabakh, this concept explores a new model of residential community for families returning to the region following the war.

The design focuses on maximising usable space for residents while preserving generous areas for landscaping, recreation and community life. Rather than allowing higher density to compromise quality of living, the masterplan carefully positions the residential buildings around extensive green spaces, pedestrian routes and shared amenities.

The result is a neighbourhood that balances density, comfort and nature, providing efficient contemporary homes while creating an attractive, green environment where new communities can establish, connect and grow.

At its heart, the proposal is about creating not simply new housing, but a lasting sense of home and community in a region being rebuilt for the future.
