Baku Central Park Phase 1 transformed 20 hectares of redeveloped urban land into a major new green space in the heart of the city. METSL provided comprehensive construction management, overseeing the delivery of extensive landscaping, public amenities and critical infrastructure, including land bridges, pedestrian bridges and underpasses. These interventions improved connectivity across previously divided parts of the city while creating an accessible, sustainable and vibrant destination for recreation and community life.
