Spanning approximately 15 hectares, May 28 Park combines extensive landscaped green space with a diverse range of recreational and community amenities. Playgrounds, sports facilities, pedestrian and micromobility routes, water features, landscaped gardens and social spaces are integrated throughout the park, creating an active and inclusive urban environment for people of all ages. The park also benefits from direct vehicular access from May 28 Street, providing convenient access to integrated covered parking while maintaining a predominantly pedestrian-focused environment within the park.

Located on regenerated former railway land in the heart of Baku, May 28 Park transforms previously underutilised urban infrastructure into a major new public landscape. Its scale allows for extensive landscaped areas, recreational facilities and community spaces while establishing new pedestrian and micromobility connections between previously separated parts of the city.
