With a new train station opening in 2019, this prime location in the heart of the Sabunco underwent a makeover to meet the demands of a growing suburban town.

To develop Sabunco Mall we brought together our wide ranging expertise. After we appointed the professional team, helped shape the designs and took them through planning, we oversaw the construction of a new retail development.

Rather than emulating existing period styles, the revitalised three-storey building now enhances its surroundings and brings new depth and diversity to the area, which was desperately in need of higher level of retail experiance.
