DESCRIPTION:

The build programme included construction of a multi-level building over a regenerated area of land. The scheme includes 342 parking spaces, 15 disabled bays and pedestrian access via two elevators, multiple stairwells, street access and two main entrances at the front of rear which are observed by security rooms .

The façade is wrapped in both a solid and a perforated patterned Baku Stone lit with feature lighting providing a focal point for the town center. The perforated patterned Baku Stone is not just a design element but also provides a technical advantage by removing vehicle exhaust fumes through natural ventilation.

Additional features include CCTV, card & cash payment options, provisions for advertisements, in door public toilets and welfare facilities, 24/7 security.  The car park also provides a business income opportunity via a purpose built car valet facility capable of valeting two cars simultaneously.
