Our social housing concept is designed around the idea that affordable housing should still create a strong sense of place and community. The development comprises six-storey residential buildings positioned above a ground-floor retail level, with the scheme organised around two landscaped central courtyards.

These shared green spaces form the heart of the development, encouraging interaction between residents while providing safe, attractive areas for relaxation, play and everyday community life. Retail and essential amenities at ground level bring convenience directly into the neighbourhood, creating an active, walkable environment.

The result is a high-density yet human-centred residential community, balancing efficient land use with greenery, accessibility and quality of life.
